Merry Aura Return & Refund Policy

Two-day return window

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase. Change-of-mind returns or refunds are not accepted after this period, except where required by law.

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging, with all parts included. Blind boxes and advent calendars must remain unopened and sealed.

Requesting a return

Email hskahlon002@gmail.com within the return window with your order number and reason for returning the item.

Contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide instructions and the correct return address.

Shipping costs

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law. No restocking fee applies.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible. The two-day change-of-mind limit does not remove your rights concerning these issues.

Merry Aura will cover any required return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refund processing

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time.
